This is the last seminar and meeting of the CAPARDUS project, organised at Unversity of Greenland's .premises in Nuuk. The title of the seminar , held on 20 May, is Inclusion of local knowledge / user knowledge in resource management in Greenland . The final presentations of the workpackages in CAPARDUS were presented on Sunday 21 May, from 9.00 - 16.15
During the meeting, automated machine translation between Greenlandic and Enlish/Danish was demonstrated. The technlogy to translate to and from Greenlandic is not yet mature, but this is expected to improve rapidly in the coming years. A report is available below
